Neurodivergence and neurodiversity has been a huge part of my personal and professional world long before I knew those words.
In my coaching work a significant proportion of the people I work with are neurodivergent or have neurodivergent family members. Coaching can be a very helpful approach to exploring and finding what works for you both personally and professionally, particularly because it is highly individualised and does not assume a “one size fits all.”
I work with you to explore what you want and what works best for you. I know this can at times be complex, especially if you’re navigating a world which does not always recognise or understand those complexities, but together we explore what you can do, what is helpful and how to best navigate those complexities.
If you’re curious about whether coaching could be a good fit for you then a great way to start is to book an initial consultation to explore further how we could work together and how coaching may benefit you.
Funding Your Coaching Sessions
Some people are able to fund sessions through an Access to Work grant or through their employer.
